OA provides free shipping via USPS Priority Mail.

OrthoAthletic Return Procedure and Policy

To return a product to OrthoAthletic, simply follow these steps:

1. Follow link and print out an Orthoathletic Return Form Orthoathletic Return Form.
2. Ship the completed return form and the product to the address indicated on the return form.
3. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
4. The customer is responsible for the shipment of returned product and all associated costs.

In order to receive a refund, products must be in "New" condition, and that can to be restocked. Products must be in the original packaging as supplied by OrthoAthletic, along with any inserts or literature.

Returns will be refused when:

1. Product has signs of being worn or used (We expect you to try product on)
2. Product has been returned without packaging or inserts
3. Product is past the 30 day return limit

will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Please Note:

Due to hygienic concerns socks,panty hose,hernia briefs and foot care products may not be returned after the inside bag has been opened.

Polar Care products may not be returned after they have been used with water.
